About the Role

This home has two positions open a 40hrs/wk position with a schedule of Monday thru Thursday 11pm to 9am. The other position is a 20hrs/wk position with a schedule of Saturday and Sunday 6am to 2pm.

As Mentors, these staff will be responsible for teaching, assisting, and encouraging individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the use of daily living skills.

There are 3 male members residing in this home. Both men need assistance with making healthy and balanced dietary choices. They have 15 minutes of alone time, while staff are in the residence. Members always require close monitoring (1:1 Ratio). Highly structured environment. Specialized training (TRF will provide) is needed to work here This home is located near Grant and Craycroft.

Paid training is provided to all new staff. A variety of part-time, full-time, and relief shifts are currently available. Some positions may require overnights or the use of American Sign Language. Qualified applicants must be able to pass a criminal history background check, be at least 21 yr. old to be considered a driver for insurance purposes, possess a HS diploma/GED, a valid AZ driver's license, and clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 39 months).
